A big Step forward, but more needs to follow

The organization, Dignitas continues to assert the right of people to make their own decisions about when they should die. Legal cases in Germany and in England are confronting the long held prejudice against human beings taking control of the timing of their deaths. Limitations on this right are continually being asserted by governments such as a requirement for  six months life expectancy and being terminally ill. These limitations exclude a very large number of severely suffering individuals, and therefore constitute an unlawful discrimination of such individuals, which is in conflict with article 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights, and do not solve the issue in a dignified way.
